At Shabri, every order is carefully selected, packed and prepared to reach your doorstep fresh and ready to enjoy, and we offer doorstep and Open Parcel Delivery across Delhi.
Shipping & Delivery:-
· Free delivery on orders of ₹500 and above.
· A shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹500.
· Orders placed before 10:00 PM are scheduled for delivery the following day between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
· Our Open Parcel Delivery allows you to inspect your order at the time of delivery, offering an added layer of confidence in every Shabri purchase.
· Delivery slots are subject to serviceability and availability. While we strive to deliver within the committed window, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, operational disruptions or exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally cause delays.
· If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to our fulfilment centre.
Cash on Delivery (COD):-
CANCELLATION POLICY :
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Shabri Customer Care team at +91 8802403201 at the earliest, along with your Order ID. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount in case of a Prepaid Order.
If your order has been dispatched, then:
For COD Orders, you may choose to refuse the delivery at the time of delivery. The order will then be returned to Shabri.
For Prepaid Orders, you may refuse the delivery at the time of delivery. Once the order is returned to Shabri and the cancellation is verified, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Cancellation by Shabri
Shabri may cancel an order in exceptional circumstances such as:
